We’re upgrading our door access system!

Total Fitness is moving to a new, more secure entry system to make getting in faster and easier for you. To set up your access, we need a current email address for every member.

Why we’re asking:

Your new access credentials. Your mobile key or app invitation will be sent to the email you provide. Without it, we can’t activate your access.

Account setup and support. If you lose your phone, change devices, or have trouble getting in, we’ll use this to verify it’s you and get you back in quickly.

Important updates. We’ll let you know about the switchover date, any changes to entry hours, and anything else that affects your access.

Your information stays private. It’s used only to manage your gym access and membership communication. We won’t sell it or share it with outside parties.
